Our goal at Route 66 Vapes is to provide our customers with excellent customer service. We understand that there are times when exchanges on items may occur. Our relationship with our customers is very important to us and we will do our best to maintain that relationship.
Exchanges will be accepted if the item is in new condition with a manufacture's defect. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item.
If the item is found to be defective, we will exchange the item with an item that is mutually agreeable between Route 66 Vapes and the customer.
NO EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON ITEMS THAT ARE USED INCORRECTLY, WORN OR DAMAGED. Customers are encouraged to inspect all items when received and before use. All hardware is thoroughly inspected when it arrives at Route 66 Vapes to ensure our quality of standards are being met.
No exchanges will be made for juice, coils, drip tips, cracked or damaged tanks, dropped/improperly charged mods or damaged batteries.
If you have a return or questions about returns, please call Route 66 Vapes immediately to discuss your options. Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified with solution options. We will do our best to get replacement items sent in a timely manner.
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States and it's terroritories including FPO and APO addresses. Note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
